Will I be charged right away when I place an order?

Yes, your card will be charged immediately upon placing the order. For security purposes, we do not store payment information.

Can I make changes to my order before it ships?

Unfortunately, once an order is submitted, we are unable to make changes or cancel it. However, if the item is on pre-order, it can be canceled. Simply email hello@rasavatta.com with your order number, and we'll assist you.

Why isn't my payment going through?

Please ensure you're using the correct billing zip code associated with the credit card. Additionally, orders must be above $0.50 to be processed with a credit card.

Can I finance my order?

Yes, we offer financing options through Shop or Affirm, allowing you to split your purchase into paid installments (low interest or interest-free, depending on the options you select). Simply select Shop or Affirm at checkout to take advantage of this convenient option.

Why was I charged tax?

My order never arrived, what do I do?

How do I process a return?

However, please note that a 20% restocking fee will be applied to cover the costs associated with inspecting, repacking, and restocking the returned merchandise. What does "rolled canvas" mean?

Rolled canvas refers to the artwork canvas being rolled up and carefully packed in a tube for shipping. This ensures safe delivery and allows for easy handling upon arrival.

Is your art one of a kind?

Yes, each piece of art available on our site is meticulously hand-painted by talented artists, making each creation truly unique and one of a kind. RasavattA doesn’t sell prints; thus, rest assured that your unique piece of artwork has no replicas.

How do I unpack a rolled canvas?

To unpack rolled canvas, simply remove the wrapping paper and seals from the tube. Carefully unroll the canvas and lay it flat on the floor. Allow it to rest and flatten out naturally before framing or displaying.

Do you provide frames for the wall art?

At the moment, we do not offer framing options for our artwork. However, we recommend visiting a professional framer near you to explore framing and gallery wrap options. Please note that selecting a frame may result in the reduction of the artwork's canvas size, as part of the canvas will need to fold into the structure of the frame or stretcher bars.
